A Message in a Bottle ~ A Poem.

 

Alone, I was adrift in the sea

Cast on a sandy beach at last

A Message I carry

A bottle with a message

What message it carries 

I know not nor do I care

A carrier of a message 

That is all that am I

Open and read the message

Whoever reads it

Awash with sea spray, blown with sea breeze

Sweltering under the blazing sun

Shivering under the cool moon

Sea stars, crabs and turtles my temporary companions

A message in me I carry

Open and read the message I dare

To so whoever should care

Open me if you dare

Walking on the Moon ~ A Poem.

 

Quietness, solitude and the moon

My companions as I walk in the dark

Quietness surrounds me like a blanket

My thoughts about you in this interlude

I feel light as if I am walking on the moon

Stars scattered like dust on the dark shroud

The moon reigning like a lord

I think of you and I feel light 

Like walking on the moon

The gravity of seriousness gone 

My heart brims with joy thinking of you

Light of heart, Easiness of mind

Joy in thought, not walking but bouncing

I am walking on the moon 

Giant steps I take to your heart

Walking while thinking of you

I am a Soul ~ A Poem.

I am a Soul

Powerful and strong

Unswerving in my remembrance

Of the spirit that I am

I am not the body I dwell in

I am not of any race, nationality or creed

Just a sparkling jewel in the centre of this forehead

I can transmit my vibrations all around

Cosmic dust, dark matter, the universe

I am beyond all that you see

Unless you use that hidden eye

Never can you perceive me

I am a  time traveler changing bodies

I have seen much, known much and done much

Like a Lotus Flower - A Poem.

Proud you stand 

In the quagmire of filth

Fragrant you are

Attracting far and wide

Despite the filth in which you live

Pure you are without blemish

Oh lotus flower

Exemplar of purity

Should it not be we should be pure

Unsullied by the evil ways of the world

Purity of the Soul is loved

Peace and Happiness come with Purity

Like a Lotus Flower that stands a loft 

Unaffected, uninfluenced by evil

Giving away freely the fragrance of Purity

The Ancient Doorway ~ A Poem.

 

In the darkest deepest dank forest

In farthest darkest depths of my mind

In solemn silence you await

Gloomy sullen mysterious doorway

Deep deep in my soul there you await

A small light leads to the deepest recesses

The final depths of I the soul

All is silent as I approach it

My mind empty with only one thought

A monolithic block, one light doorway

What is my future lies in the monolith

Shudder to think but hopeless is it not to think

Shadowy dark dense forest ghostly whispers

Desolate phantom like monolith

Mysterious  you terrify yet inexorably invite

My final fortune , my destiny in it

Silently trembling I approach

The mystery of my fate that awaits

The Tree of Thought ~ A Poem.

A thought is always issued in one way

It is a singularity, only one idea per thought

Like a tree when it is born as a sapling

It is only the trunk that is born

Thought in verisimilitude is born similarly

But as a sapling grows it's  branches appear

A singularity becomes a divergence of thoughts

Then as the tree grows more branches appear 

More divergent thoughts are born

They are the progeny of more divergence

Divergence leads to confusion

Divergence leads to conflict

Conflict leads to violence, chauvinism & sorrow

What is right and wrong is the question 

The questions lead to more confusion

The tree grows old and the parasites come

The tree decays and it dies 

But before this a sapling is born

A new thought, lets see it grow 

Crystal Ball and the Cosmos ~ A Poem.

 

The Crystal Ball of the Cosmos

I can see the diverse colonnade of the universe 

Like brilliant multicoloured pearls

Scattered like stardust , a musical verse

The Crystal Ball of the Cosmos

Embracing the cosmic ballet

A ballet swirling full of grace

Each constellation of different shape

All held in the embrace of universe

A cosmic dance, a whirlwind romance

Supernovas, suns, solar systems dance 

They dance the cosmic dance

In the crystal ball, secrets hide near and far

Supernovas burst in violent blasts 

The end of a star it's inevitable end

Old stars and planets inexorably die

But new ones born in a hail of light

The inevitability of life and birth and death

Displayed in the mighty swirl of the universe
